The Overlook can accommodate up to 150 guests indoors. With use of the outdoor terrace, the venue can host up to 180 guests total.

A minimum of 25 guests is required to book an event at The Overlook.

Our rental rates vary by season and day of the week.

May–October (Peak Season): $1,500–$8,500, depending on the space reserved and the day.
November–April (Off-Peak Season): $1,000–$7,000.

All rentals include a 10-hour block, tables, chairs, basic linens, and a dedicated event coordinator.

Yes, we are able to assist with setup and teardown of the event.

Each rental includes a 10-hour period. Please note that the Great Room and the Terrace are booked as separate rentals.

Food: Outside food is not permitted unless provided by a licensed caterer.

Alcohol: Couples may supply their own alcohol, but it must be served by a licensed bartender and covered by a Certificate of Liability Insurance.

GCR staff will handle tearing down tables and chairs, as well as removing garbage from the facility. Any additional items brought in by the couple or their guests are the responsibility of the guest to remove at the end of the event.

Yes. Outside caterers are welcome with prior approval.

Date Changes: If you need to change the date or time of your event, it will be treated as a cancellation. Standard cancellation fees will apply as outlined below.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your event, please notify GCR right away in writing or by email. Please note that all deposits and payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

GCR Right to Cancel: In rare cases where GCR must cancel an event (such as the venue becoming unavailable), a full refund of all payments made will be issued.

Weather: If hazardous weather requires evacuation of the property for safety reasons, the event will be ended early and guests will need to vacate. Please note that cancellations of outdoor site use due to inclement weather do not qualify for refunds.
